Terms of Service

Authorized users may use EliRin for lawful marketing planning and content operations on behalf of their workspace. Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information, rights, permissions and instructions they provide.

EliRin keeps planning, creative work, approvals and audit records within each workspace. Connecting an external account, publishing social content, launching advertising, changing a budget or using paid generation requires the applicable approval and configuration. A saved draft or approval record does not itself publish content or spend money.

You must have the rights to use submitted material, including images, video, voices, likenesses, trademarks and offers. You remain responsible for complying with platform rules, advertising rules and applicable law.

We may update EliRin to improve security, reliability and features. We may suspend access that threatens the service, other users or legal compliance.
