Who we are

EliRin is operated by InfoSoft Technology Inc. This policy explains how we handle personal information in our business marketing platform and how to contact us about it.

Information we process

  • Account information: authenticated user identifiers, names, email addresses, workspace details and permissions.
  • Business information you provide: brand details, websites, products, campaign briefs and files you upload.
  • Content and activity: campaign plans, creative work, approvals, audit records and notifications.
  • Optional email marketing: when enabled and used, imported contact names, email addresses, consent records and unsubscribe or delivery status.
  • Optional connected accounts: when authorized, account and Page identifiers, permissions, connection records and available performance reports.
  • Billing: plan, subscription and payment status for billing features you use. Card details are handled by the payment provider.
  • Technical information: request and security records used to operate and protect the service.

Information from Meta

If you authorize a Meta connection, the information received depends on the permissions you grant and the feature available to your workspace. It may include your Meta user identifier, authorized Facebook Pages, linked Instagram professional accounts, account names and identifiers, and permission or connection status. Access tokens are stored encrypted on the server.

For an enabled advertising feature, this may also include authorized ad account identifiers, currency and status, and the details and performance reports of ads managed through EliRin. Advertising permissions such as ads_management and ads_read support approved ad actions and performance reporting. Connecting an account does not itself authorize an ad or a charge.

How we use information

We use information to provide the workspace, prepare requested marketing content, enforce permissions, show available results, maintain audit records, protect the service and handle support or privacy requests. Publishing, email delivery and advertising require the applicable enabled feature, connection and approval.

We do not sell personal information. We use information received from Meta for the connected features you authorize, rather than for sale to data brokers or unrelated advertising.

Sharing and service providers

Workspace information is accessible to its authorized members according to their permissions. We also use service providers where needed to operate EliRin. These include Cloudflare for hosting and related infrastructure; Stripe for payment features; Resend for enabled email delivery; and AI providers for generation features you choose to use. Information needed for a connected feature may be shared with Meta or another platform you authorize.

Some providers may process information outside Canada, where local laws may permit access by courts or public authorities. We may disclose information when required by law.

Security

We use access controls, workspace separation, audit records, encrypted storage for supported integration credentials and secure transport to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security. Avoid uploading personal information that is unnecessary for your marketing work.

Retention

We retain information as needed to provide the service, maintain security, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. A deletion request is reviewed against those purposes and any applicable retention requirements. We can explain what information is addressed by your request and whether limited records must be retained.

Your choices and requests

You may contact info@infosofttech.ca to request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, withdraw consent, or ask how we handle it. We may need to verify your identity and authority for an affected workspace. Requests are handled under applicable privacy requirements. For deletion, see our Data Deletion Instructions.

Email marketing contacts

When email marketing is enabled, you are responsible for providing accurate contact and consent records and for having a lawful basis to contact each recipient. Commercial email requirements can include consent, sender identification and an unsubscribe mechanism. Imported contacts are used for the workspace's requested email features, rather than for EliRin's own marketing.

Policy changes

Updates to this policy will be posted here with the revised date above.
