Data Deletion Instructions

1. Email info@infosofttech.ca with the subject “EliRin data deletion request”. Use the address associated with your account if you still have access to it.
2. Include your EliRin account email, workspace name and what you want deleted. For a connected Meta account, include the relevant Page, Instagram or ad account identifier if known. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
3. Requests are reviewed manually. We verify your identity and your authority for the affected workspace before handling deletion. Shared workspace information may require confirmation from its owner.

We identify the records covered by the verified request and explain the outcome by email. Depending on your request, this may include account details, workspace content, uploaded files, imported contacts or stored integration credentials. Limited records may need to be retained for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention or dispute resolution. Requesting deletion does not immediately erase all workspace records.

You can remove EliRin in Facebook's Business Integrations settings to withdraw the permissions managed there. You may also request deletion of the stored Meta connection information through the steps above.

Removing an integration does not confirm deletion of EliRin workspace records and does not remove a post or stop an ad already created in your Meta account. Manage published posts and pause or stop running ads directly in Meta. This deletion process concerns information held by EliRin.
